VIVALDIANNO Comes to Spain for the First Time: Shining Venice to Light Up Teatro del Soho in Málaga This October

This October, VIVALDIANNO Shining Venice will be officially presented to Spanish audiences for the first time. The internationally acclaimed multimedia 3D spectacle is coming to Teatro del Soho in Málaga, where it will run from October 15 to 18, 2026.

The Málaga run marks a milestone for the production - it will be VIVALDIANNO's first official presentation in Spain, following a run of success that has already won over audiences in more than 30 major cities worldwide and drawn over 400,000 spectators. This time, the show comes to one of southern Spain's most prominent stages.

The casting of the narrator brings major news of its own. While Hollywood star Pierce Brosnan has lent his voice to the show on its international tours, the Spanish version of VIVALDIANNO has enlisted a homegrown acting legend - Carlos Hipólito. One of Spain's most respected actors, he has spent more than four decades on stage and screen, is known for the series Cuéntame cómo pasó, and received the Gold Medal of Merit in Fine Arts in 2020. His voice will now guide Spanish audiences through the dramatic story of the baroque genius Antonio Vivaldi, set against a shining Venice.

The production is the brainchild of Michal Dvořák, member of the legendary rock band LUCIE, who conceived and produces VIVALDIANNO, with the libretto written by leading Czech playwright Tomáš Belko. The show offers a unique fusion of baroque music, rock arrangements and cutting-edge audiovisual technology - 3D projections, original lighting design and top-quality visual effects combine with live musicians and dancers to create a gripping theatrical experience that has already captivated audiences across generations and cultures.
